Wellness Wednesday: Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli
  • Red Peppers
  •  Green peppers
  • Bok choy
  • Beef
  • Red onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Red chili flakes
  • Brown rice

Steps:

  • First, add canola oil to your pan and once it’s hot, add the onions and beef.
  • Add both peppers and bok choy with a touch of red chili flakes. Then, add the brown rice over the top.
  • Let it cook for a second before slowly incorporating the garlic and ginger.
  • Once you hear the rice starting to pop, it is frying.
  • Finally add in the broccoli and we like to add hot sauce and soy sauce to finish the dish.
