With the NFL Combine coming up later this week, we will be taking a close look at a few position groups to keep an eye on in Indianapolis.

We'll continue with an area the Redskins could upgrade over the course of a few rounds: interior offensive lineman. Here's who the Redskins may be keeping close tabs on.

Michael Jordan, Ohio State

Michael Jordan has the size to be a dominant offensive lineman in the NFL. Listed at 6-foot-7, 312 pounds, Jordan was named to the second-team All-Big 10 in 2018, after helping lead Ohio State to back-to-back Big 10 championships. Jordan, a guard, possesses quickness that helps him out in creating holes in the run game and can use his elite size to create time in the pocket for quarterbacks.

Dalton Risner, Kansas State

Dalton Risner will come into the NFL as one of the best pass blockers in college football. Risner, 6-foot-5, 309 pounds, has the size and power to create a lot of time for the quarterback to throw. When it comes to run blocking, Risner has the acceleration and quickness necessary to create holes for the running back. He was named first-team All-Big 12 in 2018 and will have lofty expectations in the NFL.

Michael Deiter, Wisconsin

Michael Deiter started every game Wisconsin played over the past four years, giving him 54 career starts. Deiter, 6-foot-6, 321 pounds, was dominant in college for all 54 games and was one of the best interior linemen in the country. Deiter was named first-team All-Big 10 twice, getting the award in 2017 and 2018. Deiter is one of the most athletic linemen in the draft, as the combination of his speed and size makes him one of the most NFL ready in the draft. Deiter can also moonlight as a running back, as his one career carry was a four-yard rushing touchdown on a trick play.

Elgton Jenkins, Mississippi State

Elgton Jenkins is one of the most consistent interior linemen in the draft. He has the mobility to get into the second level for run blocking and rarely misses a blocker at the line of scrimmage. His size, 6-foot-4, 313 pounds, also helps him out in pass blocking, making him a complete lineman. Jenkins also comes with versatility, as he has played all over the line in college except right guard.

Ross Pierschbacher, Alabama

Ross Pierschbacher ended his Alabama career with a lot of accolades, winning two national championships and being named first-team All-SEC twice. Pierschbacher, 6-foot-3, 304 pounds, is a run game specialist. He's able to get into the second level to create downfield blocks, as well as make big pushes at the line to create holes. His quickness off the line helps him in pass blocking, giving him extra time to get in position to make blocks.
