How do I reserve my seats for the playoffs?
The deadline to reserve your tickets for the playoffs is Friday, January 1st. Follow the steps below:
• Log into My Redskins Account using your Redskins Account ID and your PIN (password) and follow the prompts.
• To pay by check or money order, you must pay the full invoice amount by the January 1st deadline. Payment must be received by the Washington Redskins Ticket Office on or before January 1st. No refunds or exchanges.
How do I purchase parking?
If you are a Season Ticket Holder, tickets and parking were included on your playoff invoice. Please visit your My Redskins Account for additional ticket and parking information.
What if I don’t have parking or want additional parking?
Additional parking passes can be added by season ticket holders beginning January 2nd through your My Redskins Account. Beginning January 4th, parking passes will be available to the general public at www.RedskinsParking.com.
How and when will tickets be delivered?
No tickets or parking will be mailed. You must print your tickets and parking online by logging into www.Redskins.com/MyAccount. Tickets and parking will be available to print or forward once your invoice is paid in full.
What if I want to purchase additional tickets?
Redskins Season Ticket holders can log into their My Redskins Account for additional tickets and parking starting January 2nd. Tickets are parking are subject to availability. No refunds or exchanges.
What if I don’t want to purchase all of my tickets and parking?
If you are a Premium Member, please call your sales representative at 301-276-6800. If you are a General Admission Season Ticket Holder, please call the Ticket Office at 301-276-6050. Your invoice will be adjusted.
What if the email address on the account needs to be updated?
Login to www.Redskins.com/MyAccount to update your email address or contact information.
What if I don’t know my password?
Go to www.Redskins.com/MyAccount and click the link that says "Forgot Your Password?" You must type in the email address that you have on file for your Redskins account, and you will receive an email with your password to that account.
