2009 (Cardinals):

  • Played in 14 regular season games and both postseason games.
  • Led the NFL with a 94.1 field goal percentage (16-of-17), which is second-best in franchise history behind his own mark of 95.2 (40-of42 fg’s) which was in 2005.
  • Selected as an alternate to the Pro Bowl.
  • Made 12 consecutive field goals which is the third-longest streak in franchise history. He owns the top streaks in franchise history as well with 31 in 2005 and 15 in 2008.
  • Reached 184 PAT’s in his Cardinals career which is second-most in franchise history.
  • Hit his 200th career field goal against Seattle on Nov. 15.
  • Set a postseason career-high with six PAT’s and tied his postseason career-high with three touchbacks.

 

2008 (Cardinals):

  • Kicked in all 16 career regular season games for the third year in a row for the sixth time in his career. Also kicked in all four postseason games.
  • Became the second player in team history to reach 500 plus career points in Week 1.
  • Hit a 54-yarder at Seattle on Nov. 16 which marked his 19th career field goal of 50-plus yards and 16th as a Cardinal.
  • Had a consecutive field goals streak of 15 which is the second longest streak in franchise history.
  • Converted his fifth straight onside kick dating back to 2006.

 

2007 (Cardinals):

  • Was one of five team captains.
  • Recorded 110 points during the season which put him in second place on the career points list with 495.
  • Converted 3 onside kick attempts, giving him four consecutive conversions dating back to 2006.
  • Hit his fourth and fifth game winning field goals as a Cardinal during the season.

 

2006 (Cardinals):

  • Played in all 16 games.
  • Posted his second consecutive 100-point season with 116 points. Also had 17 touchbacks.

 

2005 (Cardinals):

  • Set an NFL record for field goals in a season, connecting on 40-of42 field goals.
  • Named to his first career Pro Bowl.
  • Set a single-game career-high making 6-of-6 field goals against San Francisco on Oct. 2.
  • Set the franchise record for field goals over 40 yards in a season with 13 and set the franchise record for field goals in a season when he hit his 31st of the year.
  • Scored 11 points for the NFC in the Pro Bowl.

 

2004 (Cardinals):

  • Set a franchise record with 23 touchbacks.
  • Was 5-of-8 on field goal attempts from 50-plus yards.
  • Tied the NFL record for most 50-plus yard field goals in a game with three against Seattle on Oct. 24. Named the NFC Special teams Player of the Week for his performance.
  • Scored all 12 points in the season finale against Tampa Bay and set what was then a career-high in field goals made and attempted, making four-of-six attempts.

 

2003 (Cardinals):

  • Joined the Cardinals mid-season and was the kicker during the final seven games.
  • Made 9-of-12 field goals and made all eight of his PAT’s.

 

2002 (Bengals):

  • Scored 75 points on 15-of-18 field goal attempts (83.3%) and 30-of-32 PAT’s.
  • Made his final 13 field goal attempts.
  • Was 13-for-13 from inside 45 yards.

 

2001 (Bengals):

  • Made 17-of-28 field goal attempts and 23-of-24 PAT’s for 74 points.
  • Hit eight of his final 10 field goals, including game winners in the final two games.
  • The Bengals recovered both of his onside kick attempts which was tied for League-best.
  • Made a 52-yarder against Jacksonville on Nov. 11.

 

2000 (Bengals):

  • Was 12-of-21 on field goals and converted 21 PAT’s for 57 points as a rookie.
  • Ended his rookie season with a 27-yard game winner as time expired in the season finale against Jacksonville.

 

College:

  • Set Illinois’ season scoring mark with 110 points as a senior in 1999.
  • In his senior season, he made 20-of-25 field goals and all 35 PAT’s.
  • 38-of-67 (56.7%) of his kickoffs were touchbacks.

 

Personal:

  • Attended Mercy High School (St. Louis, Mo.)
  • Earned 11 varsity letters in baseball, soccer, and football, and earned all-conference honors in all three sports.
  • Posted batting averages of .480, and .420 as a prep junior/senior.
