• Signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League.

• Ended the season with 77 carries for 377 yards (4.9 avg.) and four touchdowns and 63 receptions for 643 yards (10.2 avg.) and four touchdowns.

• Also led the team in special teams tackles with 22.

2001 (Browns)

• Played in nine games with seven starts and did not play vs. Cincinnati (11/25).
• Posted seven catches for 73 yards and a touchdown.
• Released by Cleveland (11/27) and was out of football for the remainder of the season.

2000 (Redskins)

• Played 14 regular season games with six starts (inactive vs. Carolina, 9/3, and at Pittsburgh, 12/16).
• Finished with eight receptions for 78 yards (9.8 avg.) and 13 special teams tackles.

1999 (Redskins)

• Appeared in all 16 regular season contests with two starts (vs. New York Giants, 11/21 and at Detroit, 12/5).
• Caught seven passes for 105 yards (15.0 avg.) and two scores.
• Also tallied 17 special teams tackles.

1998 (Redskins)

• Played in 14 regular season games with one start (at Dallas, 12/27) as a rookie and was inactive at New York Giants (9/6) and at Seattle (9/20).

• Made his first career start at fullback at Dallas (12/27) and caught three passes for 18 yards.

1995-97 (CFL)

• Played three seasons with the Edmonton Eskimos of the CFL.
• Was a member of both the offensive and defensive units in 1997.

• Posted 27 tackles (10 solo) and one sack while rushing for 133 yards on 40 carries and catching five passes for 57 yards.
• Appeared in 17 games as a defensive end in 1996, recording 23 tackles (16 solo) and three sacks.

College

• Earned junior college All-America honors at linebacker at Walla Walla (Wash.) Community College.

Personal

• Was a standout player in football, basketball and track at North Thurston (Wash.) High School.
• Was state of Washington prep player of the year and the offensive player of the year as a senior.
• Participated in the Prince George’s County Public Schools Pep Rally, and played video games with U.S. troops stationed overseas as part of Pro vs. GI Joe in the fall of 2009
• During the 2010 offseason, joined teammate Edwin Williams in speaking to local high school athletes about avoiding steroid use in conjunction with the NFL ATLAS and ATHENA anti-steroid program and the Redskins Charitable Foundation.
• He and his wife, Jane, have two daughters, Kaylin and Braxton.
