As a senior in 2009, earned honorable mention All-Big 12 honors by the league’s head coaches.
Was part of a revamped offensive front that helped the team to an average of 184.2 rushing yards per game.
Was included on the watch list for the 2009 Rimington Trophy, given annually to the nation’s top collegiate center.
As a junior in 2008, started all 12 games at center for an offense that averaged 340.9 yards of total offense per game.
Saw action in five games as a sophomore in 2007.
