  • Attended Howard D. Woodson HS in Washington, DC, and earned All-DCIAA honors as a senior.
  • Spent the 2003 fall semester at Fork Union Military Academy, catching 33 passes for 845 yds. with 8 TDs.
  • Also blocked 4 punts and posted 1 punt return for a TD.
  • Also excelled in basketball, earning MVP honors in two tournaments.
  • Born Joshua Lewis Morgan (6/20/85) in Washington, DC.
  • Dedicated a lot of his time as a youth to writing poems. Eventually wants to write books, including a book of poetry and his autobiography.
  • Credits his godparents, Patrick Gaither, who was his AAU basketball coach, and Sonja Strickland-Gaither, as having the biggest influence on him growing up.
  • Has a tattoo on his bicep of a breast cancer ribbon with angels’ wings. On the ribbon it has Sonja’s name and the date of her diagnosis.
