  • Also excelled in basketball, earning MVP honors in two tournaments.
  • Born Joshua Lewis Morgan (6/20/85) in Washington, DC.
  • Dedicated a lot of his time as a youth to writing poems. Eventually wants to write books, including a book of poetry and his autobiography.
  • Credits his godparents, Patrick Gaither, who was his AAU basketball coach, and Sonja Strickland-Gaither, as having the biggest influence on him growing up.
  • Has a tattoo on his bicep of a breast cancer ribbon with angels’ wings. On the ribbon it has Sonja’s name and the date of her diagnosis.
