-- Head coach Jay Gruden toured the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center for the first time on Friday and said that he's ready for camp to start with a "first-class facility" to practice at.

-- Recovering from an injury suffered last year, cornerback Richard Crawford said his rehab is "coming along well" and he's hoping to make an impact during training camp.

-- CSN Washington's Rich Tandler wrote this article wondering if training camp will have a little bit more of a physical aspect to it this year.

-- Tandler also has five statistical numbers the Redskins need to improve on from last season.    

-- Video from Sunday's Burgundy and Gold charity football game with Redskins Cheerleaders and tight end Niles Paul and fullback Darrel Young serving as coaches.
