--Left Tackle Trent Williams explains that he did not use a racial slur against an NFL official. Williams complained of an official on the field using profanities during the Redskins-Eagles game.

--Redskins receiver Leonard Hankerson underwent knee surgery on Thursday for damage to his anterior cruciate ligament and his lateral collateral ligament in his left knee.

--After Thursday’s press conference offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan doesn’t agree with quarterback Robert Griffin III’s assessment of  the Eagles defense but reassures the media that he had no problems with what he said.

--Defensive coordinator Jim Haslett explains what happened on a 49-yard catch by Eagles running back LeSean McCoy. Haslett said, “We did have a blown assignment on it on that play.”

--Veteran linebacker London Fletcher hasn’t made a decision as to if he will retire after this season. Fletcher is 38 years old and this is his 16th NFL season and he is on pace for 110 tackles which would be his lowest total in 12 seasons.

--Another promotion to the 53-man roster comes with receiver Lance Lewis who was added from the practice squad. Lewis was promoted due to the season ending ACL and LCL injuries to Leonard Hankerson.

--Former Redskins tight end Chris Cooley has some advice for current Redskins players. Cooley said, “I think if you want to be here, you better find a way to get along with Robert Griffin III.”

--Offensive lineman Joe Jacoby has been named a semi-finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Jacoby played for the Redskins between 1981 and 1993 and was a member of the “Hogs” offensive lines.

--Former NFL coach and current ESPN analyst Jon Gruden gives his opinion on quarterback Robert Griffin III. Gruden describes how in consecutive weeks vs. the Vikings and Eagles the Redskins have had opportunities to win/tie the game in their final drive and have turned the ball over both times.

--Rookie tight end Jordan Reed sat out of practice for a second consecutive day and his status for Monday’s game is still unknown. Reed suffered a concussion vs. the Eagles last week and hopes to practice today.
