--Quarterback Robert Griffin III feels rejuvenated after taking a break from football during the bye week.

--After setting the single-season rushing record with 1,613 yards, running back Alfred Morris has yet to return to last years form. He tells reporters he is ready to play and to do whatever it takes to help the team win.

--Cornerback DeAngelo Hall is ready to contend with wide receiver Dez Bryant. The last time the two were matched up Bryant was held to 4 receptions and 71 yards receiving.

--Running back Alfred Morris (ribs), place kicker Kai Forbath (groin) and tight end Jordan Reed (thigh) all practiced fully yesterday.

--Redskins nose tackle Barry Cofield makes no excuses for his broken hand and now without a club on his hand, he is ready to make more impact plays.

--Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo’s 500-yard performance impressed the Redskins defense but it is his ability to allude the pass rush makes the defense’s job even harder.

--Eliminating penalties, dropped passes and missed assignments will help the Redskins improve their third down conversion rate 32% (31st in NFL) and more than their average 22.8 points a game (17th in NFL).
