--After suffering a blocked punt as well as a fake punt that was converted for a first down vs. the Raiders, one reporter writes the special teams unit needs to improve.

--Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan commented on tight end Logan Paulsen’s knee injury he suffered on Sunday’s game vs. the Raiders.

--Five observations from the Redskins 24-14 victory, that highlight a defensive performance that only allowed one offensive touchdown and scored a touchdown of their own against the Oakland Raiders.

--An offensive and defensive positional break down of the Redskins-Raiders game. Positives like the linebacking corps having a great day with four sacks and a forced fumble and negatives like the offensive line finding themselves out of sync against stunt moves made by the Raiders defensive line.
