Social Media Spotlight: 7/2

A quick look at what some of the players have been up to over the past 24 hours through their social media accounts.

Each day, Washington Redskins players interact with fans on social media, giving them a sneak peak at their passions and happenings off the field.

For those of you who aren’t on Twitter or Instagram, or simply want to skim without having to go through your feeds to find the players, here’s a quick recap of what some of the guys have been up to in the past 24 hours:

While their workouts may not be performed under the watchful eye of the coaching and training staff at Redskins Park, quarterback Robert Griffin III and wide receiver DeSean Jackson have been hitting their training regimens hard: 

Tight end Niles Paul and wide receiver Aldrick Robinson went the selfie route for their Instagram photos yesterday. 

You may notice that Robinson looks a little different, as in a little less hairy. He wrote "Embracing the bald head (for now)." 

Offensive lineman Adam Gettis will have you wishing you were somewhere other than the office this morning: 

Offensive lineman Spencer Long watched the U.S. Men's National Team play Belgium with some friends:

Speaking of the game, while the U.S. ultimatley fell to the Belgians in a thriller that included goalkeeper Tim Howard becoming an international sensation, several Redskins were proud of the Americans:
