--The Redskins looks to spark their return game with an infusion of new players including newly promoted receiver Nick Williams from the practice squad.

--Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan looks for a fast start vs. the Eagles. The Redskins were held scoreless in the first half of their season opener vs. the Eagles.

--Five story lines as the Redskins prepare to play the Eagles tomorrow including how the defense will be more prepared for the Eagles offense. In the Eagles first game under first year coach Chip Kelly, the Eagles put up 26 points and 322 yards of offense in the first half vs. the Redskins.

--Cornerback DeAngelo Hall plans to play vs. the Eagles tomorrow. Hall had soreness in his left foot and was limited in practice this week.

--Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan does not tell the media what newly promoted wide receiver Nick Williams’ role will be this Sunday.

-Safety Reed Doughty was elected as the special teams captain by his teammates.

--Former Eagles quarterback Ron Jaworski comments on quarterback Robert Griffin III and says, “He’s clearly not the guy he was a year ago.”

--Redskins defensive lineman Chris Baker was fined by the NFL according to sources for a late hit on Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson.

--Redskins players comment on the recent interview that Hall of Famer Darrell Green had on “Inside the NFL.” In the interview Green questioned the leadership qualities of quarterback Robert Griffin III.

--A preview of Sunday’s game between the Redskins and Eagles including keys to the game and storylines to follow. One major storyline will be the Redskins ability to pressure Eagles quarterback Nick Foles, according to profootballfocus.com Foles is completing just 45.2 percent of his passes under pressure.

--Due to impressive play, Leonard Hankerson has been “stepping up” according to offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan. With Hankerson’s increased play wide receiver Josh Morgan has seen a reduced role, Morgan has just 17 targets on the season.

--CSN writers debate if the Redskins can make another run to the playoffs this season.

--Former NFL player and executive Louis Riddick comments on the Redskins and why he thinks the zone read option is crucial to quarterback Robert Griffin III’s success.

--Quarterback Robert Griffin III on recent criticisms on his leadership qualities and his ability to be a pocket passer. Griffin responded by saying, “I’ve got tough skin.”

--After the Eagles unveiled their offense to the NFL vs. the Redskins on Monday night, the Redskins are more confident heading into Sunday’s game. Head coach Mike Shanahan said, “Once you get to this point in the season, they’ve shown most of their wrinkles.”
