Now you can take The Washington Redskins on the go with iTunes and your iPod or mp3 player. Follow these few simple steps to have audio downloaded to your computer and added to your iPod/mp3 player automatically.

1. Download and install iTunes (located here.)
2. Click on "Advanced" at the top of iTunes and then click on "Subscribe To Podcast"
3. Type in or copy the links located below to add our podcasts to your computer.
4. Click on "Edit -> Preferences -> Podcasts" in order to change iTunes to check for podcasts every hour.

Thats all there is to it. iTunes will automatically update daily with our audio clips.
