Williams joins the Redskins as an offensive line prospect. He was a three-year starter at Maryland and earned first-team All-ACC accolades last year. Williams grew up in Washington, D.C. and attended DeMatha High School. He was among players who participated in a local college workout at Redskins Park on April 3, 2009.
