My name is Sheriden, this is my first year as a Washington Redskins Cheerleader, and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of such an amazing organization. I still can’t believe that I’m a Washington Redskins Cheerleader and I consider myself blessed to spend most of my days with this group of bright and talented young ladies. I have already learned so much from all of them, and I hope to keep learning, and to have an amazing season with many more to come.
I began my cheerleading career as a freshman in high school and have continued my passion for cheering through high school and college. I recently moved here from Colorado where I attended the U.S. Air Force Academy. I was a cheerleader there for all four years while earning a degree in Systems Engineering and a commission in the Air Force. Now I am stationed at Andrews Air Force Base where I work in finance. It is nothing crazy, but I love it and the people I work with.
In my free time I love hanging out and going for long walks with my dog Henry. He is a Great Dane, so most of the time he is really walking me. I also play softball, like to cook, and I love to sleep in on the weekends. One of my favorite things to do is curl up with a great book!
I look forward to seeing all of you at the games this season. It will be a pleasure getting to know you all.
