Hey Redskins Fans,

My name is Sabrina. This is my fourth year as a Redskins Cheerleader but my first year as a Co-Captain and back cover for the 2009-2010 very hot and sexy Redskins Cheerleader Calendar. If you’re curious to know more about me, here is a little bit of information regarding my life.

I juggle three jobs including being a Realtor, a part owner and Co-Artistic Director at me and my sister’s competitive dance studio, Woodbridge Academy of Dance, also including our non-profit organization Woodbridge Dance Company, and cheerleading and staying involved in the local Professional Dance Company known as The Capitol Movement Project.

And yes...Redskins Cheerleading is a part-time job!

I’ve been involved in studio dance since the age of three, including the styles of jazz, tap, ballet, pointe, modern and hip-hop. I left dance for cheerleading my freshman year of high school and continued to cheer through my first year at George Mason University. I was a member of the Northern Virginia All-Stars, placing 4th and 7th in the nation in the highest elite, co-ed division.

Then I went back to my roots as a dancer and was selected to be a member of the NBA Washington Wizards Dance Team from 2001-03, performing in Italy and Greenland. In 2004, I became a member of a hip-hop dance group, based out of Washington D.C., known as X-Faction, performing in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Egypt, Jordan and Turkey.

With the Redskins, I’ve had the privilege to travel to Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Africa, London, Dominican Republic, Hong Kong, Mexico and Aruba.  Last fall I joined a select group of the Redskins Cheerleaders for a USO tour to Germany, Belgium and the United Kingdom. In 2004-2006, I coached the Hylton High School Varsity Dance Team. And in 2005 I landed a dance role in the Touchstone major motion picture "Step Up."

During my free time I love to stay active. Some of my hobbies include snowboarding, wakeboarding, cooking/baking, photography, and scrap-booking. Oh, and I can’t forget fashion. I love fashion! Yes, that is a hobby! I also have a pit bull mix named Ty, I’ve had Ty for 10 years and he is the best dog ever! 

I enjoy all styles of music from country to classic rock to hip-hop. A few of my favorite artists include Pink Floyd, Dave Matthews Band, Citizen Cope, and Jay-Z. I’m very easy-going. I love taking trips to the beach, the mountains and/or the city.
