Hey Redskins Fans,

My name is Barbra and I am excited for my third season as a Washington Redskins Cheerleader. I’m honored to dance with such beautiful, hard-working, and smart women. The First Ladies of Football are truly the best in the NFL! I am excited for the 2009-10 season!!

I am a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where I received a B.S. degree in Child Development and Family Relations. While I attended IUP, I danced on the IUP Drill Team. I also danced for my high school dance team and I have dabbled in different studio dance styles including ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical and modern.

When I’m not cheering, I work in early education. I love kids; they make everyday unique and interesting and I can’t help but fall in love with them. I recently became an Aunt for the first time and really enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and our new little one! I have such a great support system and everyone is so wonderful: my family, my friends, fellow cheerleaders, and of course, you the fans!

I enjoy working out, listening to music, and watching/playing different sports. My TV is always on ESPN and I always have music playing in the background. I love mix-tapes and can’t even count how many playlists I have on my ipod.

I am a free spirited, happy-go-lucky individual. I go by the motto: "Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be." I live each day to the fullest and am grateful for each day.

Although I have only cheered for three years with the Redskins, I have made so many memories that will last a lifetime. Being a Washington Redskins Cheerleader has given me the opportunity to travel the world and meet so many great people. I am a huge football fan, so it is incredible to have the opportunity to cheer on the sidelines. Redskins’ fans are the most dedicated fans in the NFL and I’m honored to cheer along side of you. Our team is amazing this year. Thanks for all your love and support! See you on the sidelines!!
