Washington Redskins Ticket Office Policies and General Information
Auto Upgrade Program
The Redskins implemented a major technology system upgrade which provides for a significantly streamlined seat upgrade process. The process, subject to seat availability, is very simple:
- Lower Level account holders will be moved closer to midfield at or near their same row.
- Upper Level account holders in the lowest numbered rows (i.e. Row 1, 2, 3, etc.) will be moved to the Lower Level endzone section(s).
- Remaining Upper Level account holders will be moved closer to the field within their same section.
In future years we hope to add more Auto Upgrade options, such as Upper Level account holders being moved closer to midfield. Priority in the Auto Upgrade Program is based on seniority as a Redskins season ticket holder. Account holders who are automatically upgraded will be notified via email of their new seat location. Account holders who are assigned seats at a higher price-point will receive an invoice for the balance due. To view Frequently Asked Questions, please click here.
Account Holder of Record
The Account Holder of Record is the name that appears on the first line of the account. If the first line is a company name, it is considered a corporate account. Joint accounts are noted by two names on the first line of the account or a name on the second line joined by the word "AND." A "care of" or "attention name" does not constitute the account holder of record. Redskins season ticket accounts are limited to eight (8) tickets per person or organization.
Address Change
To make an address change to your account, login to www.redskins.com/myaccount with your account number and pin. After login, click "Edit Profile" to update your address information.
If you are unable to complete your address change online, you may complete an address change form, which must be signed by the Account Holder of Record. For our records and your protection all change of address forms for personal accounts must include a copy of the Account Holder of Record’s valid driver’s license, state identification card (both front and back), or passport.
For a corporate account not completed online, the Ticket Office requires a written request on company letterhead, signed by an officer of the company.
The Washington Redskins reserve the right to require additional information to confirm an address change.
To ensure timely delivery of season tickets, the Redskins do not accept P.O. Boxes.
On your written request, please note all account numbers that need to be updated if there are multiple accounts. Please send your change of address to Washington Redskins Ticket Office, FedExField, 1600 FedEx Way, Landover, MD 20785 or by fax at 301-276-6001.
Away-Game Tickets
The Redskins are not able to accommodate any requests from the general public for away game tickets. It is suggested that you contact the fhome team’s ticket office to arrange for tickets. Visit www.redskinstravel.com to purchase travel packages to away games.
Disabled Seating
FedExField provides accommodations for fans with disabilities. Seating for the disabled is available on all levels at FedExField in seating areas that can accommodate a wheelchair seat and one companion seat for a guest. We also provide assisted listening devices as well as captioning for the hearing impaired for all in-stadium announcements, including play-by-play announcements, on ribbon boards located at the 50-yard lines on both sides of the stadium. In addition, we provide play-by-play captioning on television monitors located throughout the common areas of the stadium. If you have any questions regarding special accommodations, please contact the Redskins Ticket Office at 301-276-6050 prior to the event, visit the Ticketing Services window located behind Section 103 inside the stadium on the day of the event, or email us at accommodations@redskins.com. Disabled seating is limited, so please arrive early to secure seats. We will try to relocate any fan with a hearing impairment who is unable to view the in-stadium ribbon boards from his/her assigned seat. The Washington Redskins reserve the right to require proof of disability.
Fan Code of Conduct
The Washington Redskins and the NFL are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lot. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending a game you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
- Foul or offensive language or obscene gestures
- Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
- Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
- Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. Stadium staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and potential loss of ticket privileges for future games.
We thank you for adhering to our Fan Code of Conduct. Let’s all enjoy the game!
Lap Passes
All children ages two (2) and under may attend a Redskins game free of charge with a lap pass in lieu of an issued ticket. Lap passes are available at all entrance gates on the day of the game. The child must be present to receive a pass. Children age three (3) and over must have an admission ticket. For the Virginia Tech – Boise State game on September 6, 2010, and the Penn State – Indiana game on November 20, 2010, all fans, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Location and Hours
The Ticket Office is located on the stadium plaza between the Sprint Gate (Gate A) and the Comcast SportsNet Gate (Gate H). Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. On event days, the Ticket Office will open three (3) hours prior to kickoff.
Lost/Stolen/Destroyed Tickets
Guests are encouraged to take all measures to safeguard their tickets in a secure location. Only the season ticket Account Holder of Record may request and receive a replacement ticket. Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets may be replaced by contacting the Redskins Ticket Office in writing. There is a nominal fee of $5 per ticket reprinted. The Redskins, in their sole discretion, reserve the right not to replace lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Account Holders caught fraudulently requesting replacement tickets are subject to account cancellation and such other legal remedies as may be available to the Redskins.
Partial View Seating
Due to concrete support columns and the Club Level overhang, seat locations in rows 14-23 of sections 213-230 of FedExField may have a partial obstruction that will limit view of the playing field and scoreboards. Click here to see a computer-generated rendition of these sections. To compensate for the partial view, the Redskins have added television monitors which show the action on the field as well as scoreboard information.
Renewals
Renewal invoices will be mailed out to all current and eligible season ticket holders in early February. The payment due date is stated on your invoice (typically March 1). Account holders that have unpaid invoices after the due date will not be considered for relocation and their account is subject to cancellation. Redskins tickets constitute revocable licenses and future renewals of Redskins tickets are at the sole discretion of the Redskins.
Resale of Tickets
Season ticket packages may not be advertised or sold at any price. Resale of individual tickets for all or most of the regular season is prohibited. Resale of individual tickets for individual games is only permitted through the Washington Redskins authorized fan-to-fan ticket marketplace, currently, StubHub. Resale is not permitted on stadium grounds and may result in fine and/or arrest. Violation of these restrictions results in automatic termination of this license. The Account Holder is responsible for the actions of individual using their ticket(s). Tickets will not be honored if found to be counterfeit, stolen or invalid.
Seat Relocation
Account Holders who are in good standing are eligible for seat improvement. Seats will automatically be upgraded based on preferences submitted with payment for your season ticket invoice. Because of historically high renewal rates, not all accounts can be moved each year. It is important that patrons take a realistic approach to relocation expectations. For additional information on the Washington Redskins Automatic Upgrade Program please see our Frequently Asked Questions. Please be aware that the Washington Redskins reserve the right to reassign any seat location at any time in order to accommodate federal regulations and/or operational needs. For upgrade of premium seats, please contact the premium seating department at 301-276-6800.
Transfer Policy
The Redskins season ticket policy allows the transfer of season tickets to immediate family members only (parent, spouse, child, or sibling). Season tickets cannot be transferred between businesses, from a business to an individual, or between non-family members. In order to transfer a season ticket account, please contact the Redskins Ticket Office and request an account transfer form or download the transfer form now. Provide the requested materials (which may include a copy of a death certificate, in the event the account holder of record is deceased) and proof of relationship (birth certificate, marriage license, adoption papers) between the existing account holder of record and the new account holder. The Redskins reserve the right to deny a transfer at their sole discretion. All transfers (if granted) are subject to a non refundable $100.00 per seat transfer fee and remain subject to all other Redskins’ ticket terms, conditions and policies, including but not limited to the following: Redskins tickets constitute revocable licenses and future renewals of Redskins tickets are at the sole discretion of the Redskins.

Will Call
The Will Call Windows at FedExField are provided as a service for Washington Redskins Season Ticket Holders. A $50 fee per envelope must be paid by all non-season ticket holders seeking to leave tickets for pick-up at the FedExField Ticket Office. Season ticket holders must present their account number and a valid photo I.D. to drop off tickets licensed to their account without incurring the charge.
The Washington Redskins and FedExField Staff reserve the right to refuse to accept tickets for distribution from the Will Call windows.
