Welcome Home Luncheon
Every year, the Redskins host the annual Welcome Home Luncheon prior to the start of the regular season. This is the only time in which fans can have the opportunity to spend time with coaches, players, alumni and the entire Redskins organization. The 2009 Welcome Home Luncheon was held on Aug. 27 at The Ritz-Carlton in Tysons corner. The event includes auctions, door and raffle prizes, the announcement of the Players of the Year, and more. Proceeds benefit the Redskins Charitable Foundation and Redskins Alumni Association.

Mickey Steele Memorial Golf Outing
Each year, the Washington Redskins coaches, players, and alumni gather for a day of golf, fun, and festivities at the Queenstown Harbor Golf Links in Queenstown, Md. Stay tuned for the latest information on the 6th Annual Mickey Steele Memorial Golf Outing, set for Friday, May 21, 2010.

Redskins Sporting Clays Challenge
The 4th annual Sporting Clays Challenge is Oct. 13 at the Prince George’s County Trap and Skeet Center in Glenn Dale, Md. This one-of-a-kind event is hosted by Redskins great Dave Butz. Squads of four will be teamed up with a current of former Redskin for the clay shooting challenge, and will be treated to a light lunch and a Maryland-style seafood dinner. Beginners are welcomed.
