Business Development Executive - Washington Redskins (Landover, MD)

The Washington Redskins are seeking highly motivated, energetic professionals as a Business Development Executive.

Principal Job Functions:
Marketing Premium Membership ticket packages to business prospects.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Sell Premium seating via telephone calls and scheduled corporate appointments
  • Updating and maintaining information in Archtics database
  • Conduct customer site inspections at stadium
  • Attend prospecting and customer networking events
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Representing the organization in an exemplary manner
  • Exceeding monthly and long term goals
  • Answering customer questions in a positive and professional manner
  • Participating in Game Day and Special Event responsibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of selling to business clients
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills required
  • Experience with pro sports ticket selling a plus
  • Experience with Archtics, CRM and/or any other ticket inventory management system a plus

Ticket Office

Ticket Sales Representative - Washington Redskins (Landover, MD)

The Washington Redskins are seeking highly motivated, energetic professionals to join their Ticket Office as a seasonal, part-time Ticket Sales Representative.

Job Description:
To provide assistance in all areas of Ticket Operations, including account maintenance, customer service and finance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update customer service accounts on Archtics Ticketing System
  • Interact with customers on the phone and at ticket windows
  • Manage day-to-day season, playoff and single game ticketing
  • Process payments
  • General office duties including filing
  • Account maintenance for Redskin season ticket and waiting list accounts
  • Assists in the collection of funds, processing of renewal payments and mailings to offer season tickets

Job Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • Above average telephone and communication skills required
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills required
  • Experience with Archtics Ticketing System a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Redskins Broadcast Network Intern - Washington Redskins (Ashburn, VA)

Intern with the Washington Redskins for the 2011 Season! The Washington Redskins in-house production department is looking for interns! Get hands-on experience producing and editing web videos, assisting producers with TV shows and documentaries and much more!

Requirements:

  • Need to receive college credit (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Basic editing skills on Final Cut Pro (REQUIRED)
  • Basic camera operations skills strongly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Mac operating system, Microsoft Word, Office, Excel
  • Need to provide own transportation to Redskins Park (21300 Redskin Park Drive Ashburn, VA)
  • Basic Redskins/football knowledge preferred
  • We look for fast learning students that are professional, hard working and have great attitudes!

Fall/Winter Duties:

  • Shoot, edit and upload player and coach press conferences and other web content to redskins.comTV
  • Help producers with shows as needed (log/digitize video, write scripts, generate ideas) and edit in-show packages
  • Edit and produce commercials and demos for Redskins clients (dependent on experience)
  • Administrative duties: create DVD labels, track internet hits and other duties as assigned
  • Gameday: Help run footage from field to press box, upload game highlights, edit and post press conferences to the web
