Please note that accessible seating and parking is limited, so please call ahead and/or arrive early to ensure availability. The Redskins and FedExField reserve all rights and remedies against any able-bodied guest who makes false statements or omissions regarding their need for accommodations.
FedExField Guest Services are located on either side of the stadium (closest to the Bank of America and NRG gates) on every level of the stadium. These service centers are staffed by trained personnel who can help provide you with any necessary accommodations during a game or other event.
Accessible seating is available on all levels at FedExField. Fans in need of accessible seating may call (301) 276-6100 to make advance arrangements, or visit our Guest Services location on the main concourse between the NRG gate and Gate H on the day of the event.
Please note that accessible seating in any specific section may be limited, so fans with a preferred seat location should call ahead. Stadium gates generally open two hours prior to each event. FedExField reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair and companion seating.
FedExField offers on-site accessible parking for guests with a valid state-issued disabled parking permit and/or license plate. Click here for a map showing the location of accessible parking areas.
Disabled guests who have purchased a Redskins on-site parking permit in advance of the event may park at either of two accessible parking areas closest to the stadium. If both of these accessible lots are full, a parking attendant will direct you to the colored lot that is designated on your parking pass, where you may arrange to be picked up by one of our golf cart shuttles by texting SKINS and your location to 69050 or by calling (301) 276-6100. You may purchase a parking permit in advance of your visit by calling (301) 276-6050 or by visiting www.redskinsparking.com.
Accessible parking is also available in the Gray Lot (cash lot) on Brightseat Road. From there, shuttles containing wheelchair lifts run on a continuous loop to the entrance to the stadium for disabled fans and their guests. Please note that the Gray Lot is the only cash lot controlled by FedExField. The Redskins and FedExField cannot guarantee the availability of accessible parking or other accommodations at any other cash lot surrounding the stadium.

Closed Captioning and Assisted Listening Devices
The stadium provides assisted listening devices as well as captioning for the hearing impaired for all in-stadium announcements, including play-by-play announcements, on ribbon boards located at the 50-yard lines on both sides of the stadium. Team officials will try to relocate any fan with a hearing impairment who is unable to view the in-stadium ribbon boards from his assigned seat.
Lyrics to the songs to which the Redskins cheerleaders perform during games are available via email by sending a request prior to each game (or if you are a season ticketholder, prior to the season) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition, FedExField provides play-by-play captioning on television monitors located throughout the common areas of the stadium.
Ramps and Elevators

Code compliant public ramps are available at FedExField. These ramps are located adjacent to the Bank of America, NRG, Verizon gates, and Gate H.
Public elevators are available for guests with mobility issues. If you or someone you are with requires access to an elevator, please have your group visit any Guest Services location to obtain an elevator wristband. FedExField reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain elevator writsbands.
All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Family restrooms are also located on every level of the stadium.
Every concession stand and bar is accessible to patrons with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest event staff worker.
Service AnimalsService animals for disabled patrons are allowed. Please contact us if any accommodations are needed.
