I am traveling from Washington, DC with two fast pitch girls' softball teams to play in a college showcase tournament next week in Denver, Colorado. My girls are 16 ? 18 years old. What are symptoms I should watch for altitude sickness? What can I do while we are there to prevent hyperventilating? Any suggestions how to manage them for the week we are there playing softball?

Where can I find out what some of the terminology is, such as cobra stretches? Also, on the pattern runs, what part to the O-linemen do? Thanks
