Guidelines
Washington Football and Washington Football Charitable Foundation support a wide range of charities and community organizations each year. Washington Football is committed to assisting local non-profit organizations to raise funds for worthwhile causes by donating thousands of autographed Washington Football items to be used by local charities in auctions and raffles.
The following procedures and guidelines are designed to help you with your donation request:
Due to the overwhelming number of donation requests we receive, Washington Football is only able to accept requests from non-profit, charitable organizations located in the District of Columbia, Virginia, West Virginia and Montgomery and Prince George's Counties in Maryland. Your non-profit organization must have a valid IRS 501(c)3 tax exempt number and must be approved via the DonationXChange platform. All information must be entered on the donation request form in order for your request to be considered. If you are a business sponsoring a non-profit event, please have a member of the non-profit organization complete the donation request form.
All donation requests must be submitted online using the Washington Football Donation Form. No telephone, fax, mail or email requests will be accepted. The donation form must be filled out in its entirety in order for your request to be considered. Please note we are not able to donate game tickets for charitable auctions or raffles nor do we accept personal items for signatures.
We ask that each organization submit only one donation request per calendar year in order to accommodate as many organizations as possible.
The Washington Football Team receives thousands of requests per year. We try to fulfill as many of these requests as possible in a timely fashion, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee that every donation request will be fulfilled. Please submit your online request form at least 8 weeks prior to your event for consideration. Approved requests are fulfilled by event date, not request date.
