Uniform Fittings/Onsite Registration
Parents must attend registration with their Junior Redskins Cheerleader and the cheerleader must be fitted for uniforms and warm-up suits. There will not be rehearsal on registration days. Everyone in need of any part of the uniform will need to attend a registration/fitting.Uniform fittings will be held at FedExField & Redskins Park only.

Tentative Junior Redskins Cheerleaders Performances
The following are the tentative performances scheduled for the Junior Redskins Cheerleader for the 2013 – 2014 season:
• Sunday, September 22, 2013; Redskins vs. Lions; 1:00pm game
• Sunday, October 20, 2013: Redskins vs. Bears; 1:00pm game
• Friday, November 29, 2013; Holiday Parade at Reston Town Center
FedExField Site Information
Participants at the FedExField location will practice in age groups. All practices, except those marked as mandatory practices, will be held inside the dance studio.The age groups and practice times are as follows:

Angels (5-8 years of age) 9:00am - 10:15am

Juniors (9-11 years of age) 10:15am - 11:30am

Seniors (12-17 years of age) 10:15am - 11:30am

Satellite Studio Sites
The Redskins organization has teamed up with select dance studios to provide you with the same quality programming. The intent is to allow program participants easier access to the program without traveling far distances.
All participants, whether participating at FedEx or a satellite studio, will be required to attend three (3) mandatory practices at FedExField.Mandatory practice dates are listed above. Participating satellite studio sites include*:

Mandatory Practices
Prior to each performance all cheerleaders must report to FedExField for a mandatory practice. These practices will ensure that all groups are prepared and will know their spacing on the field. Practices will run from 10:00am-12:00pm on the dates specified below. All participants must attend the mandatory practice to participate in the game day performance. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Communications
Communications with parents/guardians will be done mainly through emails, onsite at rehearsals and through our parent update newsletter. These updates will be distributed periodically and will provide parents with pertinent program information.
Please be sure to provide a staff member with a current email address and check the email periodically to ensure you are getting all email communications.
The Junior Redskins Cheerleader Coordinator is Ms. Jamilla Keene.
