1. Registration will be accepted until Sunday, August 18, 2013 for new Junior participants. Returning Junior participants’ registration will be accepted until Saturday, August 31, 2013, as long as they do not need a new uniform. ALL Participants will need to purchase a NEW Warm-up suit for the 2013 season.
2. Payments will be accepted through Saturday, October 19, 2013. Uniform fees are due at the time of registration. Payment arrangements vary according to Junior participants’ location, either FedEx or satellite studio.
3. Please visit FedExField or the satellite studio of choice prior to registering for the program. Refunds will not be given after the first rehearsal for any reason.
4. There will be no refunds on merchandise. Exchanges will be granted at the discretion of the program coordinator.
5. There will be at $25.00 service charge added to all returned payments.
6. Each cheerleader must be fitted for their uniform at the FedExField location. A parent must be present during fitting and approve by signature the sizes to be ordered.
7. All rehearsals will start on time at all locations. All Junior Redskins Cheerleaders must be ready to practice at the start of the rehearsal.
8. Each Junior Redskins Cheerleader must check in with an administrative staff member at the start of every practice. All participants must have an account in good standing to participate.
9. Only dance or aerobic shoes are recommended. NO hard soled shoes, boots or sandals are permitted. Cheerleaders without proper footwear will not be able to participate. Due to liability issues, NO ONE will be allowed to dance without shoes.
10. Each cheerleader should wear clothing that will allow her to dance and be comfortable. Please note that it may be hot during the summer and cold in the winter, so please dress accordingly.
11. Only water in plastic water bottles is permitted in the dance studios. No food, soda or juice is allowed.
12. All Junior Redskins Cheerleaders must be picked up by the end of their rehearsal. If a cheerleader is picked up 20 minutes late, there will be a $10.00 fee. Once 30 minutes late, the fee assessed will be $1/minute. For example, if the cheerleader is picked up 60 minutes late, there will be a $60.00 fee. All fees must be paid before the cheerleader will be able to participate in any activity. The Washington Redskins Cheerleaders and staff have several events planned each Saturday and are unable to stay and wait for parents to pick up their child.
13. Bad attitudes from Junior Redskins Cheerleader members and parents will not be tolerated. Any Junior Redskins Cheerleader acting negative or saying harmful things towards fellow squad members or staff members will be asked to leave the program.
14. There will be no refunds given for any Junior Redskins Cheerleader dismissed from the program.
15. There are three things the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders and its staff gives and expects in return from every Junior Redskins Cheerleader and they are:
