Be a part of our ever-growing summer dance and cheer program. The Redskins Cheerleaders Youth Camps give young dancers and cheerleaders the chance to learn what it takes to become a professional dancer, as well as a cheerleader, from the best in the industry.
During the Dance Camps, participants will learn technique and choreography from top instructors and current Redskins Cheerleaders. Cheer Camps will focus on stunting, basic gymnastics for the field and a short spirit routine. And NEW this summer are One-Day Intensive Programs that are focused on improving very specific techniques for both individuals and teams.
Camps are separated into different age groups in order to give young dancers and cheerleaders special attention, as well as routines appropriate for their level.
Stunt & Tumbling Intensive -- REGISTRATION CLOSED

NEW this year! The Stunt & Tumbling Intensive is a great program for teams or individuals preparing for our July Cheer Camp, as well as their own cheerleading seasons, at a state of the Art Gymnicstics facility. Recommended for ages 10-17.*
The Stunt & Tumbling Intensive will be held at the Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex (8001 Sheriff Road, Landover, MD 20785) on Sunday, June 30th from 10:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Improve your dancers turns, leaps and overall technique with different levels of technique classes and coaching by Redskins Cheerleaders
The High School Team Dance Intensive will be held at the Flint Hill Upper School/West Campus (3320 Jermantown Road, Oakton, VA 22124). Cost is $30 per dancer and each team or club is required to have a minimum of 8 members. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. and at 3:45 p.m. participants will perform for friends and family. NEW this year! Youth dance clinic and performance for ages 7-17 at the Redskins Training Camp in Richmond, Virginia. Learn a dance routine taught by Redskins Cheerleaders on Thursday, August 1st and then perform with them on Saturday, August 3rd during Fan Appreciation Day at Redskins Training Camp.*
This dance clinic runs from 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. at the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center, located behind the Science Museum of Virginia (2401 West Leigh Street, Richmond, VA 23220). The cost iis $70 and includes a t-shirt and poms. Register Today!

Dates: July 6-8
Location: Redskins Cheerleader Studio at FedExField (Landover, MD)
Schedule: Sat., July 6th and Sun., July 7th: 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. • Mon., July 8th: 6:00- 9:00 p.m. (Performance)
A short spirit dance routine will be taught. Gymnastics skills for the field will be worked on, as well as stunting with a group. Lunch will be available for purchase one of the three days, as well as souvenir T-shirts. Awards will be given for great performances, showmanship and technique.
Participants will perform for friends and family on Monday, July 8th, plus all Cheer Camp participants will have the chance to perform halftime at a Redskins home preseason game.*
