Hi Redskins Fans!!
I am proud to be able to say that I am a Washington Redskins Cheerleader for the second year! Of Caribbean descent, I was born in Canada, but raised in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. I began my training in dance from the age of three in a variety of forms such as jazz, tap, ballet, and modern. I attended the Washington School of Ballet, as well as performing at the Kennedy Center with Debbie Allen, and Author Mitchell’s dance company.
Currently I attend Howard University majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. I danced on the Ooh La La dance team my sophomore year. Other than having a strong passion in dance, I enjoy studying all aspects of Biology and Chemistry. In the near future, I plan to attend medical school with the aspiration to become a pediatrician specializing in infectious diseases. Other than cheering for the
Redskins and attending Howard University as a full time student, I am a member of Woodstream Baptist Church and also teach dance at DC Prep Academy to pre-school through fifth grade students. Working with children warms my heart. Being a Redskins Cheerleader, I get to take part in many charity events. In my spare time, I enjoy mentoring children that come from different backgrounds, as well as reading a good book, horse back riding, and playing the violin.
Now that I am a Washington Redskins Cheerleader, I have the joy of saying that I am surrounded by a team of beautiful, glamorous, smart, and ambitious ladies who exude the true definition of a woman. Although I am still young and have a lot to learn, it is a blessing that I have my team mates to look up to, and I couldn’t ask for more!
See you on the sidelines!
