Hey there ‘Skins Nation!

I’m Taryn W. and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be cheering on my home team, The Washington Redskins! Being a member of the celebrated First Ladies of Football has been a life changing experience and I can’t wait for the upcoming season with you all!

Originally from Temple Hills, Md., I grew up in Prince George’s County and graduated from Eleanor Roosevelt High School. In 2013, I graduated from Hampton University earning my Bachelors of Science in Health and Physical Education with a focus in Kinesiology. I am currently a Dance Teacher and Certified Strength and Condition Specialist.

Truly, my passion is dance, so when I am not on the field, I dance with a local non-profit organization, Capital Movement, Inc. I enjoy traveling, playing with my black Labrador, learning about the human body and cooking. My favorite food to whip up is a Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, YUM! I enjoy watching Jeopardy with my family, Food Network, and HGTV for the many D.I.Y. projects I attempt.

Last year, I was honored with the opportunity to visit our troops on a military tour overseas. For me, this experience fostered a more personal respect and deeper appreciation for their sacrifices. I am eternally grateful to our service men and women, they are always in my thoughts.

HUGE thanks to my family, friends, fiancé and dance teachers who have supported me throughout the years. I look forward to seeing you dedicated fans in that burgundy and gold cheering on our team!

Meet you at FedEx Field. Go ‘Skins!
