Hey Redskins Nation!

My name is Rachel K. and I am so happy to be back cheering on the best team in the NFL. Being a part of the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders and to be called a First Lady of Football is such an honor. The bond I have formed with many of my teammates is one that I will cherish forever, especially since I am an only child. I love having 40 sisters!

I started my dance career at the age of four and began dancing on a competitive level at the age of eight on an award winning dance team formally known as Rohanna Dance Productions.

I’ve danced in regional and national competitions all along the east coast, winning many top awards in group dances as well as solos. I have also had the privilege of working with numerous professional dancers and choreographers throughout the years who have provided me with experience, training, and technique.

When I’m not on the sidelines I attend classes as a full time student at Anne Arundel Community College majoring in Health Fitness and Exercise Studies. I hope to succeed in a career in the health and fitness field working with children and to educate them on the importance of nutrition and fitness. My others loves and passions are cooking with my mom - we love to find new healthy recipes to try, drawing, painting, watching movies, and working out.

A huge thank you goes out to my mom, dad, and boyfriend, Peter, who attend every home game to cheer on their favorite cheerleader. Their support is what gets me through it all. I also want to thank my family and friends who have supported me through the years and for making me the woman I am today. And last but certainly not least a very big thank you to my talented and dedicated dance teachers who have provided me with the training and technique that has gotten me to the dream I live each day. Thank you for helping me become a Washington Redskins Cheerleader!

So Skins fans, put your game face on and I’ll see you on the field!
