Hi Redskins Fans!

My name is Laura and I couldn't be more excited to be returning for my 2nd year as a Washington Redskins Cheerleader!!!  My rookie year was amazing… all due to the fabulous Redskins organization, the fans, and of course my WRC sisters!

Originally, I am from Cherryville, North Carolina.  I’ve always wanted to live in DC. So I’ve been living here from the moment I graduated college.  I am very blessed to have two exciting careers, when I am not dancing on the field, I work full-time at a non-profit as a Public Health Nutritionist.  I’ve also recently started my own company called Healthful Change where I help clients achieve their desired nutrition and wellness goals through wellness coaching.
