Hey Redskins Family!!
It has been a long time dream of mine and I am proud to enter this wonderful franchise as a rookie for the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders. Ever since I moved to D.C. to attend college, I have had the desire to become a part of the talented group of women that cheer for the best team in the NFL!
Originally from Columbia, MD, my love for performing started around the age of 5, with singing and dancing in school and church. I was known in my family as the choreographer making up dances for my sister, cousins, and myself to perform. After taking a break from basketball, I discovered cheerleading and my love of dance again in high school where I was picked as an All-American cheerleader for the Pro Bowl 4 years in a row, as a dancer in my school's dance company for 2 years, and a liturgical dancer at St. Johns Baptist Church where I still dance today. While attending Howard University, I was a cheerleader for 4 years and expanded my dance palate by taking many different classes there which included hip-hop, modern, jazz, African, salsa and meringue. After college, I danced with the semi-pro soccer team who landed the MISL 2012-2013 Championship, the Baltimore Blast.
My degree from Howard University is a B.S. in Health Science and shortly after, I attended the Baltimore School of Massage. I am blessed today to have my own growing business as a Massage Therapist where I am contracted to work in various venues including private events, spas and in-home care.
When I am not dancing or working, you can catch me, that's right… relaxing! I can’t pass up curling up with some hot chocolate or tea and watching old movies. I love to read, write poetry, travel, cook and do anything fun and different.
There is nothing greater in this world than family and I would not be where I am today without the support and love of my family and God. I am honored to become one with the newest addition to my life, the Washington Redskins Family!! Can't wait to see you all on game day. HAIL!!
