My name is Beth and words cannot describe how honored and excited I am to be a new member of the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders! I just completed my first year as a Washington Redskins Ambassador, which was an amazing introduction to the organization, plus I got to meet so many awesome fans! Now you can cheer with me on the sidelines!
I was born and raised in NY, but don’t worry, my family and I are diehard Redskins fans; even my two Jack Russell Terrier pups are always sporting their Redskins collars ;-) After moving to Washington over 6 years ago I have found there is nothing better to do in D.C. than to root for the ‘Skins!

My love of dance and fitness has been a constant in my life. Growing up I danced at NYIDE (NY Institute of Dance Education) and trained in ballet, hip hop, jazz, contemporary and musical-theater. I minored in dance at Stony Brook University while pursuing my degree in Public Health and Women’s Health Studies. I love working out and staying active, preferably outside. These activities are a huge part of my personal life. I am a certified fitness instructor and whether I’m teaching classes, hiking with my dogs at one of DC’s local parks, or just hanging out with family by the pool, being outside is my time to refresh and rejuvenate. When I’m not working out, or cheering on the Redskins, I work full-time for a government consulting firm as a Business Management Analyst.
Whenever possible, my favorite thing to do is to travel and sink myself into the local culture. I have been very fortunate to travel to many incredible places around the world. I love to learn new languages, eat adventurous foods and explore off the beaten path - I’m definitely not afraid of much (except spiders)!! My personal mantra is "Just go for it!"
My love and appreciation for my family and friends is immense and I could not be where I am without their love and support. A special shout-out to my family and friends “Ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα σας τα αγάπη και υποστήριξη” – a big Greek, Thank You for Your Love and Support ;-)
It feels amazing to be part of such a beautiful, intelligent and talented group of women, and I look forward to seeing you all on game day – Cheers to a great season!
